I-140/485 Concurrent Filing and Revalidating current visa

Hello,

My company is getting ready to file for my i-140 and i-485 concurrently.

My wife's current H4 Visa has expired. Our H1/H4 status has been extended for the next 2 years.

We might have to travel to India in Dec or early next year.
Should I revalidate her visa or wait on AP or so on.

U either need a valid visa stamp or AP to enter US.
U can revalidate visa in US (takes around 3 months) or can apply at the consulate in ur country - while u are there.

If you get EAD and AP you dont need to revalidiate incase if you want to stay in usa.. if you want to travel you must need to have a visa or AP
