I-140 - 08/17/04 RD - Approved

I got the email on 04/18 stating that my I-140 application has been approved.
Although I'm very happy at the prospect of being able to use AC-21, its pretty sad to know that a lot of old filers are still out there.

I sincerely hope that all of your applications gets approved soon.

This forum has been really great in disseminating immigration information for everyone.

I have noticed many I140s with PD in 2003 are getting approvals and with PD in 2001/2002 are getting RFE.
 
Its not fair...

I know that its really not fair the way they process applications. I really feel sorry for the old timers out there.

One other thing worth mentioning is the list on immigrationwatch.com.

I know for a fact that one approval listed there was mine but when I provide them with the last 4 digits, it tells me otherwise. It even turns different variations of the digit each time. Looks like they are more keen on generating hits and ad revenues than making sure that their information is correct.

I just received the email that my I140 is approved.

I am a silent reader of posts here but I must thank you all in the forum to be so much helpful.

I140 approved - 04/20/2005 (No recent I140 LUD until today, No LUD on I485)

After you FP's done, anytime LUD is changed on your I-140 and I-485 cases ?. B'cos my details...

Labor --> EB3 RIR Kansas PD: Sep/Oct 03
I-140 & 1-485 --> concurrent RD: 10/18/04 ND: 10/25/04
FP: 02/22/04, LUD on 02/25/04 (No message has been changed)
I-140 AD ???
I-485 AD ?????

Aug'04 is getting warm

It looks like NSC is processing Aug'04 cases by looking some of the people approvals. I crossed my fingers and waiting curiously. God Knows !!!
