Hi Gurus:
I am trying to fill the form I-134, in Box #3, under the field Name of Spouse and children accompanying or following to join person.
Do i need to fill in my name as spouse ( i am the principal) for my wife. Also do I need to fill up my child's name there too.

Box # 11 do I need to fill this up ? if so what do I write .

Challenge1,

My attorney's office did fill in the name of my spouse (not my name) and the name of my child (who is not a US Citizen) in Box # 3. They left the Box # 11 blank.

Note: I am not a lawyer and this is not a legal opinion
