i-134-- urgent please help

Hi

My parents are going to chennai consulate for visit visa in next week
I have sent only one i-134 afidavit form for both my parents .
Some of the websites mentioned , we need to send one i-134 for each applicant.
Is that true .

If so , I will fillup the application and email it to them ,
Is it ok if they get it notarized in india or it has to get notarized in US.


pl someone help ,its very urgent

As I remember the instructions ask you to fill a seperate I-134 for each applicant.

Since you are executing this document, it has to be notarized where ever you are.

By notarizing a document the Notary is confirming that the person executing the document did so in the notary's presence.
