I-134 Question

Any advice on this?
I-134 (support for spouse)
I am applying GC for my wife based on my employment and my son is US citizen. In:
Item 3. Need Spouse and child name (my name and my son name) who are accompanying or following to join person or leave it blank?

Fill in names as these must be consistent with I-485 application. I recall that I filld out my wife's name. Cannot remember if I filled out my US born child, though. I don't think I did, but only filled out wife's name.

I think you have to fill in your USC dependent child also. At least, so i was told, and that is what I did, as they are your responsibility also.
