The Notory publics in banks , Attorney Offices can do it. Also, some admins in some corporations are Notory public. You will have to sign in front of the nortory for the affadavit to be valid.

Apart from the places cited above, you may also try in UPS Store (formarly Mail Boxes Etc.). They usually have a Notary with them.

Currency Exchanges too have notaries.

As vu2vut mentioned the banks and the admins at office most likely will do it to you for no cost.

other places might charge you money.
