Can I leave Section 1, a. b. c. d. as "N/A" since I don't have any "A" number (not applied for AOS before, direct CP) or should I put my SSN in "d."?

For Item # 1 write N/A for a,b and c.

Against D write - N/A - H1B Holder - Visa #
