I have been asked to provide an I-134 (I reside in the US) for somebody who won a visa in the lottery system in Africa and who is coming to the US. I have been asked by many people to provide this kind of document. Is there a restriction to how many I can send out? I am of course not rich and could not justify to be able to take care of these people on US soil if they all came. What is the liability? and does the INS really check on me to see if I have already provided my support to anyone? thanks for your answers. Good Holiday.
