I-134 Affidavit of Support

I have my CP interview early next month (DV 2007). For my I-134, I got a sponsor to fill it in, notarize it by a public notary and he also attached his tax returns to the form. Is there anything else that he needs to attach? He did not attach his bank statements or anything like that, just the Federal tax returns for last year (2006). Is this what is acceptable? Is there anything else that is needed? I dont have a photocopy of his passport or anything like that (he is a US citizen).
