I-134 - Affadavit of Support - Q9 / Q10 - Pls help !!

Hi All,
I applied Visitor Visa and was rejected earlier - 214 (B), Iam planning to re-apply for her. In this process, I have to fill in a new I 134 for her, for

Question 9. That I have previously submitted affidavit(s) of support for the following person(s). If none, state "None.''

Q10. That I have submitted visa petition(s) to the Immigration and Naturalization Service on behalf of the following
person(s). If none, state none.

What should I fill in here ?.

a.Can I leave them(Q9/Q10) blank (mark - 'None'), as she did not get her visa earlier.
(OR)

b.Should I fill her details again.

PS: I assume I should leave it blank, as it is not in effect w.r.t Q 9 as she did not get her visa.


What should I fill in here.

Any help wud be highly appreciated.

Gurus pls help me.

You should not leave the column blank. You should list all the applicants names for whom you have submitted the form I-134 either the visa is approved or rejected. www.passintl.com.
