Hello,

I have a permenant green card and I am applying for I-131. what type of documents should I attach with the form if I am applying for Re-entry permit.

Also, What is the meaning of Class of Admission?:confused:

I first entered the USA as F1 students in 2003, but I become a permenant residents since 2006, and I entered the USA the last time in 2007 as a permenant residents.

Have you read instructions on the form? You are a GC holder..of course you'll need to send front and back copy of you GC.

Class of admission: I beleive you should use the admission you obtain your GC from. How did you get your GC? through employment? marraige?
