I-131 Travel Document

In Part 3 Pocessing information, it requires me to give the "Date of intended Departure." Do I have to give the exact date that I will travel? Is the travel document one time use only? Or should I apply it right before I travel?

Just put in an estimated travel date. It is NOT necessary that you DO travel on that date. Just make sure you check the box that says you will be traveling several times.

They can give it to you for 1 time or more, depending on what box you check.

Do not apply right before you travel as it is supposed to take 60-90 days to get it approved. (took me only 28 days though )

That is what I put on there Month and day intend to stay i put 3 weeks.

I also selected multiple trips.
