the new USCIS increased fees don't match service, infact it has gotten worse.
for example the new USCIS LOCKBOX ADDRESS FOR I-131, RTD and RP, first, have to send the forms and fees to USCIS lockbox address in phoenix, then it transfers case to USCIS centers , whole procressing is taking too many months.
I sent I-131 forms and fees back in early april, and till today I didn't even receive the fingerprint notice letter, not to mention further processing time after biometric is done!
it's terrible! more fees but worsen service!
