Hi all,
On-line status for my I-131 has this:
On July 22, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283.
It has been 3 weeks but the attorney has not received the letter yet. Has anyone had the same experience? Could it be lost?
I called up INS, they said wait for a whole month before calling them again.
