I-131: Re-entry permit.

Hello,

My sister has LPR in US. She wants to go back and stay a
home for more then year due to a family reason.

The question,

1) does she only have to apply I-131 ?

2) Does she have stay here until the I-131 or she can file and leave?

3) She has two kid (under 18) and both of them has LPR.
Does she has to file sepereate I-131 for them?

Yes.

2) Does she have stay here until the I-131 or she can file and leave?

She can leave right after filing and instruct USCIS to send REP to the US Consulate. In case of denial of I-131 she'll have to come back before 1 year of absence.

3) She has two kid (under 18) and both of them has LPR.
Does she has to file sepereate I-131 for them?

Yes, if they travel with her and plan to return.
