Hi everyone,

I am currently in the pending name-check status (I-485). I need to travel aboard in December, so I'm applying for AP right now. Please help me with the following questions:

1. Part 7: on a seperate sheet of paper, explain how you qualify for an AP document. Do I need to complete this part?

2. Do they require to take FP for AP document?

3. The IO took my I-94 during the interview for I-485 in May. Can I travel with my AP even I don't have my I-94 anymore?

1.- You do not need to do that. You qualify because your I-485 is pending, that is enough. Do not attach anything.

2.- No. But they ask you to submit a photo.

3.- Yes, do not worry. If asked for it before leaving the US say that an Immigration Officer took it during your interview for Adjustment of Status.
