I 131 questions (USC son applying for mother)

Hi,

I have the following questions on I 131. I plan to file I130 concurrently with I 485.

The question is

- What option do I select for Part 2 (application type)
My guess is option (d) --> I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the US after temporary foreign travel. Can someone comment pl.

- Do I have to fill in Part 3 (since I do not know the intended date of departure)
- In part 3, after question 3 I have to directly skip to Section 7 (advance parole). Is this correct?

Part 7
- What do i write on a separate sheet of paper how my mom qualifies for advance parole document ? Any examples would be appreciated.

You sound correct in all.
For part 7: you have to write down the reasons for your mom to go out of country. e.g. investments, disinvestment, real estate sell off etc.
If you want more answers, you should attach FORM 131 with the question. (Yes, you can attch pdf here.) I filled this FORM 6 months back, I do not remember the entire form and so are other people on this forum.
