I-131 Part 2 Clarification

Hello!

Please advise when compiling a package for a Green card relative (G325, I-130, I-485, I-765, I-864) for the form I-131 what Type of application to select in Part II? Also, in Part 7 how to explain? Please advise. Thank you for your help.

You select D (applying for advanced parole).

Part 7.
Explain why you want advanced parole- ie, to visit family overseas while awaiting your GC. Some people didnt even explain and got approved fine- I though like to err on the side of caution and stated that I just wanted the opportunity to visit family in the UK should I need to go before my GC arrived.
