I-131 Online Filing Problem --- Need Help

I submitted I-131 online on June 1. Right after submitting the application, I printed the receipt, and form. There is no Finger Print Code on the receipt. I called (two weeks later) to make an appointment for finger print and digital picture, but was told that they need that ASC code. I was advised to wait for paper receipt - that may contain this code.

One other problem with my application is that my bank account never got debited for the application fee. Now that four weeks have passed, they have debited my account, and I never received the paper receipt from them. Web site says that they received the application on June 1, and sent me a receipt.

What can I do in this case. Call center operator could not provide any help.

Its has been clearly mentioned on I-131 efiling that FP is not required for this kind of case

When I filed, it was not mentioned. In fact, the receipts I printed clearly asked to call and get an appointment. When I called, operator asked me to wait for the receipt from USCIS, because it might have Finger Print code on it, because she cannot make an appointment without that. Later, I called again, and this time they told me that it is not necessary, and I should send my pictures.

Anyway, I got RFE for pictures, which I sent in, and yesterday I got email that it has been approved. I should get document in a couple of days.
