I-131 issue: pending AP

Me and my wife have applied for I-131 (AP) together. My approval letter came in last week but my wife's case is still pending (not even any LUD). We sent both the applications in the same packet. What could be the possible reason for her pending application? I am planning to call NSC tommorrow.

Any comments from experts on this??
