I am trying to file my AP (I-131) application before the August 17 deadline so that I can use the old fees.
I have a question about the form.
In Part I (Information about you) section,
item 3 - It asks for Class of admission.
Could someone please tell me what that means... is it current status or the category of I-140??
The other question is - based on my pending I-485, if I file my I-131 before August 17, 2007, then I file the old fee (which was existing prior to July 30, 2007) and not the new fee (which is the new fee after July 30, 2007). Am I correct? Could anyone please say how much was the fee for the older I-131 (prior to the fee hike)?
