I-131 Form Help

I want to apply for Advance Parole for my wife and myself. Is it OK if I don't file through an attorney?

Also what should I write in 3rd column of part I on I-131 form where they ask for " Class of Admission".

You do not really need an attorney.
Use your last non immigrant status at the time of filing . For example if you were in H1 or H4 status at the time of filing AOS, indicate that.

You can file 131 by yourself. It is a very simple application.

For class of Admission look in your recent I-94 usually stapled to the passport. It will have the seal of the Immigration Dept, and there the class of admission would be specified.
