I-131 Form expiration date

Hi,

I just downloaded the I-131 form to submit the application for Advance Parole (3rd time). The edition date of the form is 04/16/04. On the right hand top corner of the form, the exp date is 6/30/04. Is it OK to use this form? Will there be a new edition of the form published since the current one has expired.
I appreciate your valuable suggestions.

I think you should be fine. The other option is to file online. I am also in the process of applying for AP and am using the online option
