I-131 approved for mother

My mothers I-131 approved last week... I got a letter from USCIS saying that they will send information to my mother who is in India... Howlong will it take for them to send the letter or What exactly is the process from now onwards? My mother has to go to chennai consulate for Card or What? Give me some ideas...

I-131 is the application for re-entry permit.

You probably mean I-130 and not I-131. I-131 is the Advance Parole.
