does anybody know:
shoud I send any sponsoring forms, applying with I-131 to get my kids here?
I called INS, they told I have to fill only forms now. INS will ask for sponsorship when INS will work on that papers already (4-6 years waiting time for unmarried kids under/after 21, they told).
So after INS will start to work on it, I will have to wait again for RFE (I still sick from getting the one for the approval of my GC case...).
