Hi all,
I applied for AOS concurrent filing, 795, 485, 131 four months ago.
I received EAD a month later, but still no Advance Parole as of today.
I need to go visit my home country because a family member got sick and looking for ideas on what to do.
Should I apply for emergency travel document which is valid for only 1 month, or apply to expedite my current I-131 application?
Any sample medical document on this website to be used for excuse?
Any ideas welcome!
