I-131 Advance Parole

Help/Suggestion Needed...

I and My Wife applied for Advance Parole(I-131) on Same date @ VSC. My case got approved 1 month ago and her has not yet been approved. We are planning to travel outside U.S.A and we produced Family emergency letter (Medical Certificate) at Local INS office, Atlanta.

They said we cannot issue and it has to approve from VSC. Is there any way to get Adavance Parole immediately to travel outside U.S.A. ?

When did you apply?

Hi When did you apply and how much time it took to get it.

I'm in the same boat like you. I Receipt date is 28-SEP-05 and till now I did not receive my parole. I have a busienss trip to help a client in France.
I applied in VSC since my green is in process in VSC.
But I stay in Dallas now.
