We are filing for my spouse's Advance Parole. Here's our case.
- I am a US citizen and have filed for my spouse's green card in October 2006- In Jan 2007, we had the interview, the I-130 was approved from the Chicago DO, but I-485 is pending due to name check.
- We moved to Florida in March 2007 and filled in the AR-11 for change of Address.
We need to travel overseas for his sister's wedding and so are in the process of filling up the I-131 (Advance Parole) form and had some questions on the same and you guys can help out:
1) Since we moved to Florida, do we still need to send this I-131 application to Chicago LockBox or some different address.
2) How much are the fees?
3) When we printed the I-131, the instructions still has the old specifications for the photographs i.e right side of the face. Do the photographs need to be in this specification for I-131 or do we need to send using the new specification?
