after my case I 130 approved uscis sent my papers to NVC but i am already in USA with no status since 2002. i came here with a tourist visa, and got adOpted while i was in USA.
my section is unmarrried child under age of 21 of us citizen
and i live my adopted parents what should i do? i think i suppesed to file 1 485 AOS but nvc sent form DS 230 AND WANT ME TO PAy FEE 380$ for immgrant visa processing AM i on right track or what im so confuesd i really need help.
