I have asked this before, and did not get a response. So I am sorry for posting it again, but after spending a good amount of time searching and reviewing other postings, I still do not have an answer…
I have my i-485 pending and i-130. I filed through Chicago and live in altanta.

Some posting mentioned that their cases were transferred to the local DO? How would I know when my case is transfred? When should it be transferred. Heeeeelp

When your local DO is ready for more cases they will request them form NBC.
First you’ll get e-mail, then the actual transfer notice letter in a mail.
That’s how it happened in my case.
