I (a US citizen) have filed an I-130 for my wife (married in Mexico) and have received an email from CRIS saying that it has been approved. When I filed this, I was under the impression that I did not have to file for her children (Mexican). If I am wrong please let me know. The email from CRIS says that they will send me an approval notice. Should I expect another form to fill out and turn in, or does this approval notice mean that my wife will be eligible to come an live with me in the US?
I should also mention that the Wife and kids are still in Mexico.
Any information or web links to help answer my question will be much appreciated.
