My I-130 application is at MSC (NBC), but the Jan 17 case processing dates at the NBC on the USCIS web site do not list I-130 application. Neither does the DO.

So who is processing I-130?
Please explain.
Thanks.

Hi:

Unless your district office runs a special program, ALL cases of concurrently filed I130/I485 must be sent to the Chicago Lockbox, from where it is forwarded to the MSC(NBC) for initial processing. It is then forwarded to the LOCAL office for adjudication.
