I-130 was aproved 4 years ago and came to know about that today. What should I do?

Hi I had a GC when I was a kid and the whole family moved to India. Dad filed for I-130. Meanwhile I came here on F1 visa to pursue masters in 2000 December. I am on H1 and pending stamping. Finally, today I got info regarding my I-130 that it was approved 4 years back..... August 1999 to be precise. Is there anything that I can do to get my GC?

You prolly lost your green card when your family left for India (and your parents may have forgotten to file for re-entry permit.)

I would talk to an attorney just in case.. good luck
