I-130 upgrade or new filing

I am currently on H1B and working for many years. My husband filed for I-130 for me few years ago but it is not approved yet. He will become a citizen next week. I am wondering is we call/fax/ send request for upgrade or start new filing the whole package I-130, 485, 693, 864, 765, 131, G-325A. Not sure what is best and faster. Thanks.

No need to file new I-130. Just submit all of the above (485,693,864,765) with the copy of I-797 (NOA) of previously submitted I-130.
