I-130 to be filed whats pros cons

hi everyone
i am a 21 yr old medical student in pakistan.i am a us citizen by birth.i want tio sponsor my parents and 2 less than 21 yr old siblings.
1s)where do i apply for I-130 in States to any center or in us consulate pakistan.do i have to be in usa to apply.do i have to be able to support the family to apply
2) as i confer from the forum i should just apply for my parents and once they are done they can apply for my siblings.1 of my siblings will be 21 next oct 2007????
3)do you think if i fly over and apply here in usa will that be better(acc to time)i dont have any finances to show as required
4)also if my parents apply for the siblings and in the meantime she gets 21 yrs will that make a difference or gets married.
5)do you trhink counsellor processing is faster or aos but as i gather my parents cant leave usa after aos applied is that right.


please i am too young to decide and too busy in medical school.i tried my best to get info on thos need further guidance

too many questions. Seems like you are in Pakistan. Anyway check out this link

As far as I know you need to meet the minimum income requirement to apply for them. If you dont have one then you need to have a co-sponsor.
you can apply from Pakistan but you need to have parmanent address in US where you can collect all the mails etc.
Usually the counselor processing is faster.
I think that I answered all your questions but dont hesitate if you have some more.
