I am a US citizen married to a Romanian who lives in Italy. I applied for a I-130 and K-3, but now that the I-130 has been approved, we are apparently no longer on the K-3 track. We have sent our agent selection form, and Affidavit of Support form and fee, and are now awaiting further information. From this point, can anyone give me even a rough estimate of how long it will take to get him in the US?
