I-130 still pending and priority date getting closer

The approval for my child's I-130 is still pending. We submitted it to the Texas Service Center by July 2001 . This center is currently processing I-130 applications submitted on or before December of 1999.

The priority date for that category (2A) is currently Mar 01, 2001 (Visa Bulletin of May 2005). What will happen when a Visa is available for my child? I meant the priority date is July 2001.

Can I submit the I-485 application?

I am living in Washington. Can I move the I-130 application to Nebraska? They are processing now April 2001.

TSC sucks at I130

I filed I130 for my wife in 1/2001. The priority date for her catagory is already currently 3/2001. Still pending at TSC. They are definitely the slowest in the country when it comes to I130 approval.
Fortunately I became citizen last month and have requested an upgrade of my wife's 130. Still waiting to hear from them.

I found out that I can notify them of the change of address. They should send that application to the service center at Nebraska.

please help

My husband filed an i 130 for me since march 2001. According to the visa bulletin of june my priority will be current. On march 2003 the petition was tranfered to baltimore office and still pending.
Can i apply for ajustment of status whitout the approval letter. I'm a beneficiary under 245i.
