Hello,
My wife is on H1-B visa and has been in the US since 2000. She has not been back to her native country, Korea, for 6 years and she is living with me in Maryland.
I am getting ready to file I-130/I-485 for her as I became US Citizen recently.
I have a question on Section 19 and 20 on the I-130 form. These two sections ask about the address abroad. Do I still have to fill that out even though my wife has not been back to her home in Korea for over 6 years?
Please let me know if I still need to fill out Section 19 and Section 20 (i.e. address abroad) even though she considers our apartment in Maryland as her perminant address.
