I 130 Revoked

I filed peition for my daughter when she was unmarried and i was greencard holder in 1999.
In 2004 she got married and in 2005 i became U.S citizen so we transfer her file or update her file.
Now in 2006 we got letter from USCIS that your I130 file was revoked. so, now what should we do. our lawyer suggest to file I130 again. but are we going to get same priority date or we are staring from scratch?
please advice this is very urgent!

Yes your lawyer said right thing. Once your daughter got married her case or prority date get Void. Because there is no provision for married son n daughter of Green card.U have to reapply as a us citizen for F3 category(married son n daughter of us ctzn).Yes you will get new priority date.Sorry to say presently its is a long way. I was the sailor of same boat. My mother had applied for me 1994 but i got married in 1996. I didn,t no like you. When my mother become US ctzn she had to reapply for me which was 1999.Now dec is my proirty date. I waited long 8 yrs. Plz consult ur lawyer If there is some chances.
