hey all would really like an answer to my question.my wife filed i-130 for me as LPR on april 30.received noa1 on may 17.she became us citizen on may 20.she told me tht it will be another 3 weeks before she sends certificate of naturalisation to USCIS as lawyer is currently on vacation.my questions are:
1.can she call uscis to inform them of upgrade so they can start working on our case?
2.will the delay affect processing of our 1-130?
3.is 6 months a realistic goal for 1-130 approval at CSC as we wish to be together in january 2011?
