I-130 questions, please help

Hi,

If a US citizen wants to help his brother to immigrate to US. Is that true that all he could do now is nothing but to file I-130 and wait for 10+ years? Should he file other application?

Another question is how to include his brother's wife and kid? Should he file seperate I-130 for his brother's wife and kid? If not, should he include his brother's wife and kid's birth certificate and marriage certificate along with his brother's I-130?

Yes . you must wait that time frame.The application form should include all dependants etc.10 years man no way out.
