My Wife is an US citizen and she is currently sponsoring her parents to bring them into the US. We have filed only I-130 application .. Are we supopsed to file I-485 as well..
California Processing center says that it is processing applications as o 7/9/2002.. WE sent our aplications for I-130 in july .. So will we get my notice soon (witih a few weeks) for a interview or will the notice to go to her parents ..
Also which this is going on, can her paretns apply for visitors visa or not ??
