I-130 Question

So my daughter is a resident doctor and presently on a H1B visa. What would be the best way for her to obtain permanent residency?
I am a permanent resident and was thinking about applying for her through the I130 process but I am getting conflicting information.
She is not considered an immediate relative because she is over 21 years old but she is unmarried.
I read that USCIS is still working on similar cases from 2006 but when I check the processing times on USCIS site it says April 2012.
Does anyone have any information on the time frame for such an application and what the process is like?
I look forward to responses!

She comes under F2B category for immigrants. It is backlogged by several years depending on the country of birth. Best case it will take around 7+ years for her to get a green card based on your sponsorship as a LPR parent. If you become a US citizen she moves to F1 category which unfortunately is also backlogged several years.
