In April 2001 my sister (a citizen) filed I 130 for me (re the I 245)
My parents became citizens in September 2002 and they filed an I 130 also.
I live in the USA since Nov, 1998. Married with three kids , two were born in USA.
What do I do ? Will my file be upgraded or my mother have to request that????????????
