I am filling in form 130 for my mother GC. I have couple of questions -
I am planning to file AOS for my mother.
She is in US with us currently on visitor visa.
Which address should I be filling in this section on I 130
C Information about your relative
1. Address
Her US address or her home country address?

22. Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status.
Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:

Where will I find the information about which office does this case go under? We are staying in Ohio.

though i am not 100% sure if this applies in your case since this is an AOS application. I had applied for my parents and put down New York, NY after filling out my zip code. This one is tricky. fill out closest city office in case of mutilple fielf offices in Ohio. I had asked my Attorney and she told me to write New York City, NY

Subbu - On the address line in Section C. , you should list your Address if she will be living with you since you are her sponsor.
 
Hi

I talked to my company's attorney and he told me to put CHICAGO, Illinois in #22 because we are filing the application with chicago Lock box. Also it is I-130 application so you need not to go for any interview etc. By the way I live in Virginia.

I write Chicago, Illinois as suggested by my attorney.

Your choice.
