Can anyone advise me on this question. My US husband applied in Dec 2002 for my daughter who was under 21 at the time and unmarried. We were told "unofficially" in Feb 2004 that this would be denied because she was not 18 at time of our marriage. She went ahead and married on May 8, 2004 and on May 12, 2004 was approved here. We do not want to lie about her marriage, can we can her application to now include her husband? I will only be a US citizen in 2006.
