I-130 - Proof of previous marriages terminated

I am US Citizen and divorced in US and I have legal divorce decree from US Court.​


My spouse first marriage was in India and never registered with court and his first marriage divorce was not done through court but through a lawyer and has it notarized in India.

my question is,
will USCIS require my spouse's previous marriage divorce decree from court in India or can they consider the notarized divorce?

In India divorces are done thru court only
