Hi I have filed a I-130 form for my wife and I am awaiting the NOA2 from california service center. I am a GC holder. Does the processing time for I-130 depends on whether I am a GC holder or a citizen since now my wifes application is F2A, but if i was a citizen, it would have been IR.
I have applied for my citizenship now and my interview date is next month. so when i get the citizenship, should i upgrade the petition at uscis or at NVC. Does it make any difference in processing times if i sent it to uscis/nvc...
