I-130 Procedure

I am LPR and I applied for my wife Petition for Alien Relative.

just courious about some things:

I got the Notice of Action in March 08
what´s next?? Approval Letter! In what timeframe.

its confusing for me the processingtimes at USCIS
I got the Vermont Service Center:
there stands: -130 Petition for Alien Relative Permanent resident filling for a spouse or child under 21 ----Januar 18, 2006 ----
what does that mean. In 2,5 years i get the approval letter or
in 2,5 years there is a visa number available????????
I read the total time for the LPR I-130 needs 5-6 years


What kind of paper do I need for the coming visa process:
Affidavit of Support, ...........ec???????????

yes you are right it will take about 5-6 years, you will probably become citizen before her visa number becomes available
