I am a permanent Resident...
1. I sent in the I-130 for my wife to the Nebraska Service Center but don't see the processing time for I-130 Form there...Could it be sent to the California Service Center or somewhere else?
2. Also if it was sent to the CSC Center, I was looking on the processing time for the I-130 Form and it went from processing Jan 2005...Down to Dec 2004...I thought it was suppose to go up...
